......was yesterday. Now he can officially say he is almost 30. He can't be almost 30 until I'm almost 30 and I'm in no hurry! Right?! And I still have 3 more months to be 29 before I'm ready to be ALMOST 30! Anyways!
It was all short planning. We went to Joe's Crabshack for dinner because Josh really likes the steam pots. That's what he wanted so that's where we want. It was pretty good except their heat didn't work! Holy moly it was sooo cold!
We came back to the apartment afterwards. I had made a strawberry cheesecake. It was late and we were all full from dinner though. Josh opened presents and it wasn't too excited because he pretty much knew what he was getting which was most of the things he had asked for. These included, a subscription to Men's Health, a door gym (to do pull ups and such), a medicine ball, a heart monitor watch with pedometer, and resistance bands and a gift card to Office Depot to buy stuff for his new office at work. He also received a special flashlight that he wanted. The best thing though was that he had mentioned having a photo album of every school year picture of himself. Julie, his mom, went all out and scrap booked a small portion of it and it turned out great. Josh's reaction was great and he laughed at many of the pictures. It was a great gift! Hint Hint MOM for my 30th!
Now we have a ton of cheesecake to eat!
