Yogurt-ICKY

I can't stand yogurt! The texture is...BEYOND what I can stand. ICKY!!! But regardless it's healthy for you! Just like rice, beans, guacamole, cottage cheese (wow I might puke just thinking about that one!), anything like that.

However, I've been trying to eat at least one yogurt each day of my trips. It's the only product from the above listed that I can stand to shove down my throat. AND, most of them are just 100 calories! Just had the White Chocolate Strawberry

It actually had pieces of strawberry in it. I had the WHIPS can yesterday and oh my that was a not a good reaction. Double ICK for that one. So it's an additional challenge for me. I took 6 yogurts on my last trip with me and came home with 3 so I brought those with me and here I am on day 3 of this trip and one yogurt left. I CAN DO IT!!! Three on a trip is probably better than trying for 6.

I also had a SlimFast for breakfast this morning. That's going down easier with my medicine than actual food. I like the milk chocolate kind the best. Those cans sure do make my bag heavy though. The extra weight is good for my arms though RIGHT?!

I did work out again today. I only did 30 minutes but that was only 342 calories. The darn machine kept resetting. Plus, I'm a bit sore from yesterday.

It's still a good start I think. I'm definitely on track I think and hope I can get Josh to workout with me Saturday morning.
